Picant Lentils Soup

pikantna čorba od sočiva

For 4 persons:
2 spoons of sunflower oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
shredded celery
shredded carrot
curry sauce
100 g of red lentils
3 tomatoes

4 spoons of low fat yogurt
2 spoons of shredded coriander
Veggie soup


  1. Heat oil in large pan and add onion, celeryand carrot, and fry for 5 minutes
  2. Add curry sauce and leave it for 1 minute. then add lentils, tomato and veggie soup. add spices and leave to boil
  3. Reduce heat and leave it to boil untill lentils and veggies become soft. serve in small bowls, add small amount of yogurt fresh coriander.

Portion has 300 kcals, 11 g of protein, 26 g of carbs., 19 g of fat (saturated – 10 g)
