So first training is chest training.
Bench Press: 20 x failure (lowest is 110 lbs)
Incline Bench Press: 20 x failure (lowest is 90 lbs)
Cable Fly: 20 x failure (lowest 22 lbs on one side)
Nutrition for today:
Breakfast: F1+F3 shake
After workout: F1+ F3 shake
Lunch: 300g of cottage cheese + sesonal salad
Snack: almonds and apple
Dinner: 200 g of beef meat + 300 g of broccolli
