Hiking, Swimming…

Today is my rest day.

2 days training, 1 day rest, 2 days training, 2 days rest.

When resting, musceles are building them self.

But, I like my rest to be active. Hiking or swimming are my faveourites. And also I like going on massage during the rest days.

For today plan is swimming 🙂
