Hi girls and guys,
My shoulders are one of weakest parts of my body. A lot of muscles in that area were demaged in my accidents, so I must be very careful with them.
Also you can see that in the photo.
Shoulders are not looking the great, but they will be.
For my workout today I chose workout mostly for rear deltoids:
- shoulder press
- upper torso rowing
- reverse machine flys
I loved those workoust and smashed the morning training.
