Abs and cardio routine

Good morning folks!!!

Today is my cardio and abs routine.

For cardio I was on bicycle for 15 minutes (on begining of training), and 20 mins on stepper (on the end of the training).

I enjoyed it very much.

And for the abs I did.

Vertical knee raises


Dumbell side bends
