I Love Carbs!!!

And aren’t we all? 🙂

But I am not talking about cookies, and sweets.

I am talk about fruits and veggies. Sometimes about wholegrains too.

Before I wasn’t very good with veggies. I didn’t like them too much, but today is whole different story.

Fruits I love. From my birth I would say.

And today I began with protein chocolate puding… and strawberries.


MMMMMMM What a taste.

F1 Chocolate protein puding, and fresh strawberries. Still feel the taste in my mouth.

Perfect begining of my day.

And today training is cardio and abs.
