Call Me Crazy, But…

You can call me crazy, but I don’t believe in this popular things like “10 minutes a week of workout is eneough…”

Enough for what?

Enough for who?

I believe that you can have 15-20 minutes a day. That is cool if you do it in proprer workout. And day by day.

But 10 or 20 minutes a week????

My workouts you can find in my Fat to Fit Manual, and you can see that I am pretty much for hard (as much as it can be hard)  work in the training!
