Whatever we have for goal, we need plan to get there. Plan shoul be long-term plan, that is simple and easy to stick by. And it should be easy to include in our every day life.
Also plan for Successful weightloss should have these elements:
- non-fat sources of protein
- to eat smaller meals but more often
- it shouldn’t have any food that is cut out.
- no-one ever gain weight and fat by eating “good” carbs (fruits, veggies, wholegrains), and no one died after he/she did not eat hamburger, or did not drink soda….
